This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit saqen.com or interact with our Marketplace, Studios, Concept Sprint, brand-development, growth, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Creator and business information: audience size, niche, social metrics, business goals, product interests, brand preferences, content, and information submitted during discovery, onboarding, or a Concept Sprint.
  • Transaction information: purchases, deposits, invoices, subscription status, billing details, and transaction history. Payment-card information is generally processed by our payment providers rather than stored directly by Saqen.
  • Communications: messages, call-booking information, feedback, support requests, and other communications with us.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, dates and times of visits, and other interaction data.
  • Account and project information: login information, project details, approvals, files, deliverables, and activity associated with an account or transaction.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through the Services, from service providers, and from public sources such as creator profiles and social-media platforms.

3. Session Replay and Analytics

We may use analytics and session-replay technologies to understand how visitors interact with the Services, diagnose errors, improve usability, prevent fraud, and measure performance. These tools may collect pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, cursor movements, device information, and similar interaction data.

We configure session-replay tools to mask form inputs and exclude sensitive information where supported. You should not submit passwords, financial information, health information, or other sensitive information through fields not specifically intended for that purpose.

Examples of providers or platforms we may use include Shopify, Stripe, Affirm, Cal.com, Google, Meta, email-delivery services, analytics providers, and other providers used in operating the Services. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some privacy laws may define certain disclosures involving advertising cookies or pixels as “selling,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising, even when no money is exchanged.
